14 Sep Aftercare of the deed

After the deed has been signed, our office will send a copy of the notarial deed to the Legal Security Office (the mortgage office) where the deed will be transferred.

Our office will also ensure that the tax due on the purchase is paid to the appropriate departments.

We also contact a number of administrations and bodies (Agentschap Natuur en Bos, Agency Onroerend Erfgoed, property manager,…) to report the transfer.
